Dr Benjamin Hayward is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Law and Taxation at the Monash Business School, whose research focuses on international commercial arbitration law, international sales law, and private international law: as well as the intersections between these legal disciplines. Dr Hayward’s research has been widely published, both in Australia and internationally, has been recognised by the receipt of institutional and professional awards, and has been considered by governments and arbitral institutions in the course of numerous law reform and arbitral rule reform projects.
